AARCO Environmental Solutions (AARCO) specialise in mould contamination removal for commercial and industrial settings and for a wide range of industries including within government buildings, schools and educational facilities, worker accommodation units, and various office buildings.

Leveraging of our competencies in asbestos removal, AARCO physically remove mould and water damaged contaminated building materials and contents safely and in a controlled manner following guidance of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mould Remediation (S520). With safety at the forefront of everything we do, we ensure all works are delivered in accordance with relevant State and Territory legislation and industry best practice.

AARCO does not subscribe to the use of anti-fungal chemicals nor conducts fogging in lieu of physical removal of contamination or physical cleaning of surfaces. Our technicians can safely remove mould and water damaged building materials such as walls, ceilings, flooring, carpeting, skirting, HVAC ducting, kitchen cabinetry and any other impacted contents within your property and physically clean any other remaining impacted permanent structures using HEPA filtered vacuum cleaners and microfibre cloths.


Following removal of mould contamination, HEPA air scrubbers are installed to filter out any remaining aerosolised mould particles in the air prior to Post Remediation Verification to ensure that the impacted areas are brought back to ‘pre-event’ / ‘Normal fungal ecology’ conditions.
