Established in 2016, AARCO Environmental Solutions is a proudly Indigenous-owned and Supply Nation-certified provider of comprehensive environmental services across Western Australia.
We hold a Class A Unrestricted Asbestos Removal Licence and specialise in asbestos removal (Friable and Non-Friable), Mould Remediation and Respirator Fit Testing.

Asbestos Removal and Disposal – Class A & B
With extensive experience spanning several years, we have established an outstanding reputation for delivering comprehensive services for both commercial and residential projects.
Implementing an integrated approach, our team actively participates in the entire process, working closely with the Independent Competent Person/Licensed Asbestos Assessor to ensure a seamless and secure outcome.
Our capabilities include the removal of asbestos roong, wall sheeting, fences, tiles, pipe lagging and other materials. We also specialise in environmental cleaning and removal of Asbestos Containing Dust (ACD).
Contaminated Land Management
Land and soil can become contaminated with asbestos through multiple mechanisms such as illegal burial, incorrect demolition or removal procedures, re damage, storm damage, and contamination from former asbestos waste sites. As asbestos is a naturally occurring mineral, there are also many areas in Australia where natural contamination is found. As such, work or activities that could disturb this naturally occurring asbestos pose a risk to human health.

Mould Remediation
Leveraging our competencies in asbestos removal, AARCO physically removes mould and water-damaged contaminated building materials and contents safely and in a controlled manner. With safety at the forefront of everything we do, we follow the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certication (IICRC) Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mould Remediation (S520).
Occupational Hygiene Services
At AARCO, we help protect workers and ensure they are t for duty by providing quantitative respirator t testing, EarFit hearing protector testing, and LABDAS Drug & Alcohol Testing from our Karratha ofce. We test disposable, reusable and full-face respirators to ensure effective protection against airborne hazards such as dust, silica, fumes and vapours. Lead Paint and Dust Removal
Structures built before the 1990s often have lead-based paint, which, when disturbed, can cause serious health risks. As a prominent contractor specializing in hazardous coating and lead paint removal, we safely and efciently eliminate lead paint and dust. Our expertise ensures a safe environment for reoccupation, re-coating, or demolition, with all projects meeting rigorous safety and compliance standards under Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines.
Galbestos Removal
Galbestos is a type of metal cladding originally designed for industrial roofing and siding. It was made by bonding asbestos felt to galvanized steel, then sealing it with asphalt and a protective top coat.
Used widely from 1948 until production ended in 1987 due to asbestos regulations. Over time, the outer colour coating can crack and shrink, exposing the asphalt/asbestos layer beneath. Continued weathering may lead to deterioration and loss of the protective layers, potentially exposing asbestos-containing materials.
